Worldwide
Standard International Shipping: $5.99
Free shipping on all orders over $69

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total qualifies.


Where We Ship

Most U.S. and international destinations are supported.

We currently ship to most locations in the United States and worldwide.

However, we do not ship to:

  • Islands and offshore territories
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • Remote areas that are not supported by our shipping carriers

If your shipping address falls into a non-serviceable area, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Please allow additional processing time during:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:

  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal to accept the package

the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Dial Up Dolls is not liable for:

  • lost packages marked as delivered
  • stolen packages after delivery
  • carrier-related delays
